For our food, we only use fresh and biological seasonal products from local productions. Meat too comes from Tuscan farms who are respectful of the welfare of their animals.

We don't serve customers at the tables.
You choose from this menu, set the table by yourself and order at the counter. We call you when your dishes are ready..

We don't use plastic bottles, we serve filtered and sterilized tap water, bottled in recyclable glass bottles.

The law obliges us to use disposable  material: compostable dishes and drinking glasses are used, so we ask you to throw them away in the disposal unit at the end.
